You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.

Cancellation and requests for refund may be processed at any of Cagsawa ticketing offices and up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip and subject to a 20% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.

Online Rebooking

Over-the-Counter Rebooking

  • Available at any Cagsawa ticketing office (up to 24 hours before departure), with the following terms:
    • ₱100 service fee for cancellations made at least 1 day before departure
    • Ticket becomes an Open Ticket (valid for 3 months, subject to availability)
    • Same-day cancellation (before check-in): 30% fee of fare
    • No-show: 50% surcharge upon rebooking
    • Tickets are non-refundable

As of the moment, Sleeper bus is not yet available for online booking. You may reserve your tickets via Walk in at your nearest Cagsawa Ticketing Offices.

The following discounts are available via online booking:

  • Student – Valid Student ID for the current school year or Registration Form required
  • PWD – Valid PWD ID required
  • Senior Citizen – Valid government-issued ID required
